Everything is as it is meant to be. That is true nature. And we are all an extension of nature, as nature is an extension of us. And nature does not discriminate. It is the awareness of the whole that creates alignment with our integrity. At 42 Acres, we support this by consciously creating space for connection; with nature, self, and each other. Our journey started in 2014 with a beautiful retreat space and working organic farm in Somerset, in the midst of ancient woodlands and wild meadows.
The prerequisite for transformation is getting honest about who you are being. Your story determines your reality, and it's your story that prevents true nature from showing up. At 42 Acres you are invited to drop the mask, challenge your beliefs, and just Be - present, whole, and connected with Truth. Always and unconditionally. Change starts from within, and it is this inner work that brings out our potential, in a world of infinite possibilities. This is why our wellbeing programmes are designed for holistic growth.
To further connect with each other, we use the top floor in Old School House to create an atmosphere that brings together natural light, peaceful serenity, and powerful community on a wide variety of events and programmes. From yoga sessions and deep meditation, to thought-provoking panel discussions and book launches, to nutritional therapy and wellness workshops, you will discover a unique insight into your inner world, using ancient wisdom, practical philosophy, and current scientific research.
Central to so much of what we do is our deep appreciation for high quality, sustainably sourced, organic food. 42 ACRES Somerset also acts as a working farm where fruit and vegetables are grown on the land using varying methods of farming techniques that help regenerate the soil and give back the nutrients to the land. Whether applying biodynamic, permaculture or non-plough techniques we find the best methods to suit our local landscape and bring retreat guests delicious, locally sourced food.
"This is one of the most special spots I’ve ever encountered. To be able to share it with the team was an honour. Thank you."
