Nourish Your Nature Retreat

Jul 22 - 26 2019
Our retreat will help guests tune back into the natural rhythms of their minds, bodies and surroundings.
We will provide dynamic morning practises and evening yin yoga.
As well as workshops exploring individual alignment, self care and affirmation and how we can practise with intention.
We will offer the opportunity at the start of the retreat to set intentions for the week, throughout the five days we will connect to the intention, whilst also reconnecting to our nature and deeper needs. Everyone will leave feeling nourished, revived and clear in objectives as you take your practise back into your day-to-day lives.
Through our week together, we’ll be journeying through different aspects of our natures, with days dedicated to the themes of body, breath and mind.

Yoga Quota Charity
The benefits of yoga are amazing, but often the people who would benefit most can’t access it.
So in 2014 our founder, Anne, started a movement to combat this problem. Since then Yoga Quota has worked to make yoga accessible to vulnerable groups.
We are a registered charity (no. 1161833) and work with a brilliant community of Charity Partners to deliver yoga to their service uses.
Our free charity classes are taught through our network of Badgeholders, an amazing group of yoga teachers located throughout the UK.
Our retreats are planned and cultivated with the same care, passion, and inclusivity that is the hallmark of Yoga Quota’s ethos. You can expect experiences that are one-of-a-kind, with schedules that take you beyond yoga postures to deepen your practice & knowledge inside and out.
We’ll be inviting guest teachers with a wealth of experience to share their unique teachings, and fill your bellies with delicious, nourishing meals.
We can’t wait for you to come along.

Practitioners: Harriet McAteeVenetia Adamson

“Harriet first found yoga as a very un-coordinated 13 year old, and yoga has been a part of her life ever since. Harriet’s yoga practice became a regular part of her life during her undergraduate studies, where she embraced the mindfulness and space that yoga brings. In 2014, Harriet commenced her 350 hour YTT with My Health Yoga, in Brisbane Australia, and has now been teaching for nearly five years.
Harriet’s teaching emphasises empowering her students to embrace and nourish their bodies and minds, with a focus of embodied alignment, strong biomechanics and fun. Harriet relishes the opportunity to make practice matter in everyday life through social justice & making yoga accessible and inclusive.
