Transformational Breath & Yoga Retreat
Indulge in a weekend of the deeply healing practice of Transformational Breath, and nourishing Yoga at 42 acres. Breathworker Aimee Hartley and Yoga Teacher Vanessa Joy are offering a 2 night retreat combining energising vinyasa yoga, nourishing yin yoga and meditation with the powerful healing benefits of Transformational Breath.
Alongside the practices you will be eating delicious plant based food cooked from the organic food of the land, surrounded by the beautiful Somerset Countryside at 42 Acres.
We’ll also be arranging for massage therapists to be available for deeply relaxing massages and bodywork. The yoga and breath work is suitable for all levels – there’ll be progressions for the more advanced practitioners and lots of support if you are newer to yoga.

You will learn and experience the deep healing benefits of Transformational Breath and practice a variety of conscious breath exercises to use in every day life.
This can help you let go of any unhealthy breathing habits, such as breath holding, shallow breathing and over breathing and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness to the mind. The retreat programme is developed in a careful way so you will have all the tools, knowledge and experience to develop your own practice of this deeply healing breath-work once you are home.
Vanessa Joy teaches with a beautiful depth which helps you reconnect into the space of their bodies again with the use of emotive language, alignment awareness and an emphasis on the breath.
Vanessa is a 200hr certified Yoga Alliance teacher with the World Conscious Yoga Family. Trained in Hatha’s tradition lineage, she incorporates the dynamic teachings of her vinyasa roots and the restorative learnings from Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra certifications for a truly authentic and energetically balanced practice.
