You will participate in group meditation practices and workshops, combined with time in nature, incredible food, and lots of alone time.

 

We’re not going to review deep spiritual philosophies here. We’re going to talk about tools you can put into practice. We’re going to talk about habits and rituals, beliefs and decisions.

A ferocious optimist who desperately wants you to shine your light bright, he coaches private clients, hosts a podcast, gives talks, and writes books.
